Moonshine

The war on seeds:

It is already illegal to sell varieties of vegetable and fruit seeds that are not on the official EU list and we are also losing many amazing types and strains through the whole commercialisation process.

The system pushes the standard round, bland, watery tomato to be the ubiquitous form of that fruit when in fact it comes wrinkly, thin, yellow, purple, black, in bunches, stripy, and thats before you think about the textures and flavours!

The system can't handle true diversity so it suppresses it. This path leads us to lab created foods, sterile seeds, monocrops, soil erosion and laws to stop us growing our own food.

Anyhow this tune Moonshine I did with Eliseo Soardi from The Yuya on guitar touches on that.

Someday us real tomato lovers might have to go underground.
